This project was a single storey rear extension to a semi detached property in Meols, Wirral.

The exterior is a self coloured render finish with a single ply one piece rubber EPDM membrane and a blue active glass lantern.

The interior of this extension was a lovely spec including hand turned coves to match the character of the house. The clients enjoy entertaining guests and this large open and practical space is just what they were looking for.

All steels were installed in such a way that they are impossible to detect from the finished article. A real pet hate of ours is to have boxed in steel beams running through rooms so we take extra care and effort to totally avoid this.

The project took in the region of 6 weeks.
